Join us on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 from 3:00-5:00 PM via Zoom for an Introduction to Consumer Bankruptcy CLE that is designed for attorneys who are new to low-asset, low-income Chapter 7 bankruptcies. Our experienced panel will provide an overview of the steps in a consumer bankruptcy, discuss general principles, and review the petition and form preparation.

*This course is FREE to those who accept one bankruptcy matter from Access Justice Brooklyn before December 1, 2024. Experienced attorneys who take a pro bono case can receive additional CLE credit for every 2 hours of eligible pro bono service. The cost is $50 for registrants who do not wish to take a pro bono referral.
